After applying your Concealer, add a sheer sweep of the Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder over the under-eye area to blur, smooth, brighten and set your concealer in place.
Dab on dark areas and spots with the Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush to brighten.
Sweep over cheekbones for a touch of subtle illumination.
Apply along the brow bones to achieve a natural-looking highlight.
To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Concealer and Powder starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones. Gently blend to a luminous finish.

After applying your Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Concealer, add a sheer sweep of the Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder to blur, brighten, neutralize skin tone and set your Concealer in place.
Dab on dark areas and spots with the Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush to brighten.
