Return Policy

PAT McGRATH LABS will accept returns on gently used products purchased via patmcgrath.com within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Exclusions apply. The following products are final sale and not eligible for return: Mask Majorness 001, Mask Majorness 002, Mask Majorness 003, Mask & Lash Duo, Divine Rose Blushing Eyes Duo, Rose Decadence Radiant Eyes Duo, Mask Majorness Trio, Crystal 001 Barrettes, and Crystal 001 Barrette Trio.

Domestic Returns

  1.  Please follow the instructions and use the prepaid label located on the packing slip included with your order.
  2. Upon shipping your return to us, email customercare@patmcgrath.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number, products being returned and the UPS tracking number to ensure your return is processed in a timely manner.
  3. Retain a copy of the pre-paid label for your records.

International Returns

  2. Upon shipping your return to us, email customercare@patmcgrath.com to initiate the return process: include your order number, products being returned and the tracking number listed on the label to ensure your return is processed in a timely manner.
  3. Kindly note that all return postage and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

While Pat McGrath Labs does not offer exchanges at this time, our return policy allows up to 30 days to return unused products for a full refund. A new order may be placed at any time for the item you wish to have instead.
