Legendary Wear Velvet Kohl Eyeliner

Need to Know

1. Use Legendary Wear Velvet Kohl Eyeliner along the waterline and on the lid.

2. For clean-cut graphic lines, use the detachable sharpener to maintain a precision point.

3. Need a quick smokey eye? Apply Kohl Eyeliner to the lid, then buff out with the fingers or a brush.

4. Looking for intense romantic effects? First create a bold base with the Kohl Eyeliner, then lavish your lids with MTHRSHP: Belle of the Ball Eye Shadows.

Tightline & Define

1. Apply the Kohl Eyeliner to the lower lashline starting at the outer corner, gradually working towards the inner corner.

2. Gently lift your upper lid so the waterline beneath your lashline is visible. Line the upper waterline, gently applying the Kohl Eyeliner beneath the lashline and within the roots of the lashes. 

3. Using a small detail brush, gently smudge the Kohl Eyeliner and smoke it out. Re-apply the Kohl Eyeliner and smudge each layer until desired intensity is achieved.

4. To strengthen definition, glide the tip of a Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner across the upper waterline. 

Smoulder Like a Femme Fatale

1. Glide the Kohl Eyeliner from the outer corner of the lid to the inner corner, creating a smokey eye base. 

2. With soft strokes, gradually thicken the line, then buff out with the fingers or a brush. 

3. Using a small detail brush, apply Eye Shadow over Kohl Eyeliner, diffusing the edges.
