Prep and exfoliate lips for a smooth canvas.
Sharpen the pencil and use the tip to outline your desired lip shape.
Fill in the lips by gliding the pencil from the center outward.

For a Blurred, Soft-Focus Matte Lip
Exfoliate lips and apply a layer of concealer to neutralize lip tone.
Apply color with the pencil, starting from the center and blending outward.
Soften the edges using your finger or a flat shadow brush to create a gradient.

Pro Tip: For an enhanced blurred effect, press a small amount of Skin Fetish: Blurring Under-Eye Powder over the lips with a blending brush. Reapply the Lip Pencil to the center of the bottom and blend with your fingertip.

For a Dimensional Contoured Matte Lip
Choose two Dramatique Mega Lip Pencils, one deeper than the other.
With the darker pencil, outline and shade inward from the corners of the lips.
Fill the lips with the lighter pencil and blot softly with a tissue.
Blend the colors together with a brush or fingertip.
